  Stopped by here yesterday on my way out of shopping at Target... The main reason I stopped was because earlier in the day I had received an e-mail that I had a free beverage on my Starbucks Card... before I placed my order I let the barista know about my free beverage offer that I planned to use and she said ok what would you like? I asked for an Ultra Caramel Frappuccino... the first thing she says is that they are out of whipped cream, do you still want it? I said that's fine... I think it's sad that when you're located in a store that actually sells whipped cream you couldn't get some since those drinks cost around $5.00 each... anyway I also ordered a hot coffee. While scanning my card multiple times for the offer and it was not working she finally says we don't take that offer here because we're not the same as a full service Starbucks. So therefore I said I'll just take the hot coffee, she said you don't want the other drink? I said no... and she dumped the drink she started to make down the drain not looking too happy about it.
  
  So needless to say very poor experience here...
  
  On a positive note I e-mailed Starbucks about this and they apologized and were kind enough to add $5.00 to my Starbucks card... so I'm happy with Starbucks just not this location...

  If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. I went at 8:15 and no one was behind the counter I had to almost go into the back to find someone. She made my coffees -
  I get home and they are literally going in the garbage. They taste disgusting - I'm not sure how you mess up an americano but.. do us all a favor and either train the Starbucks staff or shut down the Starbucks

  You've got to be kidding me . I hate to be that customer but just spent $6 on a garbage to put it in a nice way . Asked for a Carmel machiatto and literally this just look at the picture and it taste awful  .

  The staff there were so friendly and patient! Today I didn't know what I wanted and they were so nice to help give me options to choose from. They were so kind! Best experience I've had at a Starbucks.

  Barista refused free refill drink for me.
  
  I am a gold member and should have been able to get my free drink with my app after having ordered a frap earlier. I got my drink, ate my lunch, shopped at the target store it was in... and when I came back, a different barista refused free fill on an iced tea. I clearly had the frap cup with me, and a cart full of stuff and 2 little kids. His excuse was that even if I didn't leave the store, he couldn't verify I bought the drink here, and if it's past 2 hrs from first time i ordered it's not valid anymore. What? Making up rules? My app has my purchase transactions (he didn't even want to check it) and they never give you a paper receipt when you buy anything anymore. And 2 hrs after purchase? BS.
  
  Never had this happen at anothet Target starbucks. Won't be going here for it any more.
  
  Some stars for the 1st barista. Drink was good and quick.
